Water transfer uses water pressure and problems such as zero down payment, low threshold of leasing companies, blind acquisition, insufficient treatment of 2-hand equipment, and small agricultural engineering machinery enjoying government subsidies. Activators dissolve and transfer the stripping layer on the water transfer carrier film. The basic process is as follows: 1) film printing: Print various patterns on the polymer film; 2) Primer spraying: many materials must be coated with a layer of adhesive, such as metal, ceramics, etc. if you want to transfer different patterns, you must use different ground colors. For example, the wood grain basically uses brown. there are two kinds of water transfer technology, one is water mark transfer technology, and the other is water drape transfer technology. The former mainly completes the transfer of words and photo patterns, while the latter tends to complete the transfer on the whole product surface. Cubic transfer uses an aqueous film that is easily dissolved in water to carry graphics and texts. Due to the excellent tension of the water coating film, it is easy to wrap around the product surface to form a graphic layer that will reduce the quality of the hydraulic oil, and the product surface will get a different appearance like painting. Drape transfer technology can drape color patterns on workpieces of any shape, and solve the problem of three-dimensional product printing for manufacturers. The curved surface coating can also add different lines on the product surface, such as leather, wood, emerald and dolomite, and can also avoid the void often seen in general board printing.
